Precision MicroFab designed and manufactured an entirely new proof-of-concept micro-wire fixture device to facilitate a micro-soldering process. This micro-positioning device will clamp and manipulate the wire leads of the quad cable to the ASIC pads. The operator will have increased control and speed when nesting pre-stripped wires to the ASIC pad for the laser micro-soldering process of these components.
