Facilities

The Precision MicroFab applications laboratory and production facility features a variety of lasers and micro-mechanical tools. We also have the latest in computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.

When we require other tools, such as vapor deposition, lithography, or a scanning electron microscope (SEM), we have access to the instruments and machinery at Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland.
